Russian forum is located on the site http://www.delphimaster.ru. It works very fast and many people are visiting there and discuss KOL- and MCK- related questions. Unfortunately, there are no English language support there (though it is possible to ask questions in English).

This is useful utility, if you wish to make your exe-file size smaller 2 Kbytes more. It removes relocation table from PE-file. It is not allowed to apply to DLL (it must have relocation table).
